This weekend F1 takes over the Magic City of Miami for the second year running! Following a years-long bid to bring another F1 race to the expanding fan base in the US, the sport settled on a circuit located within the grounds of the Hard Rock Stadium on the North side of Miami. Originally dubbed the Parking Lot Grand Prix the final circuit layout and idea of the Miami race has proven to be exciting for drivers, celebrities, and fans alike. Long straights, flowing turns, and three (3) DRS zones should create plenty of overtaking on this 19 turn circuit.
Red Bull will come to Miami with confidence that they can dominate the weekend if all goes their way. Max Verstappen will be hungry to return to his winning ways after being bested by his teammate Sergio Perez last weekend in Baku. Look for both cars on the podium with a 1-2 a real possibility. On the AlphaTauri side of the garage look for one car to score points.
Elsewhere on the grid, this is the general expectation of team performance heading into this weekend’s Grand Prix.
