I'm expecting Mercedes to be back out in front in China after the abnormally hot conditions flattered the Ferrari in Malaysia. As for Honda, it doesn't sound so good to them. They think that getting heat into the tires in China will be difficult. They will still be down on power, too. So another forgettable race for them.
I'm hoping some of the other teams pick up their game. At the moment it's only Mercedes and Ferrari by a large margin.

At least Ferrari (someone) is now challenging Merc., although I agree we won't see a repeat of Malaysia (Vettel winning) this weekend. I'm still curious how they made such strides with a homologated engine and the same number of tokens as the other teams, I guess as long as it's not Mercedes 1-2 by 30 seconds it's not worth worrying about too much.
It's not looking great for Honda this weekend, Boullier as much as stated this. It's that whole chain reaction thing where being down on power doesn't allow them to exploit aero as much which doesn't allow them to get heat in the tires. Also they stated that the power units will be reused so I'm not sure what that means for new and improved parts being used.
Hope for the best for McLaren and maybe we'll see some great racing elsewhere in the pack.

I'd really like to see the other teams pick up their game. I thought Lotus would look better than the do. Williams is further back than I was expecting, too. They are running with very tight, closed bodywork, so maybe that will help them down the long China straights. Red Bull is a mess. I'm surprised they fell further back. Sauber might get the jump on the midfield here with the long straights.

I agree with the above. IIRC Red Bull recently admitted it's not all Renault and their chassis is partly to blame. At least with Honda things were expected to go wrong, with Red Bull expectations were certainly higher. I'm sure they'll sort it out though.
